Medication Without Intoxication

It will be a while before Arizona has as many medication options as California, Colorado, and Montana.

There are a number of strains in these states that are low in THC (tetrahydrocannibinol) and high in CBD (cannabidiol). This will usually cut down on the “high” feeling that marijuana causes and allow the medicating properties of cannabis to be used for their intended purposes primarily as an anti inflammatory.

Although these strains are new, another form has been in usage for as long as marijuana has been used as medicine. The tincture is an alcohol or glycerin based liquid and until marijuana was banned in 1937, this was the way to medicate.

Some of the cannabinoids such as cannibidiol (CBD) actually reduce the psychoactive effects of THC while increasing the overall efficacy of the preparation.

This medication is best used sublingually (under the tongue) as the medicine is rapidly absorbed into the arterial system and is quickly transported to the brain and body.

Working On Finalizing Our Patient Licensing Center

Finalizing the plan for our patient licensing center. It is estimated that 20% of patients will not have access to a computer to get legal so we have put together the following plan.

The three main items that have posted the biggest issues are the following.

600 dpi scanned photograph for your card.

Electronic copy of your drivers license.

Electronic copy of your doctors recommendation.

For the picture we will be adding a digital camera hooked to the terminal that will take your photograph and you can upload from there.

We are adding a scanner where you can turn your drivers license as well as you recommendation into electronic copies for attachment.

This should take care of the hardest items to come up with for your Arizona State Medical Marijuana Card, as well as just having an area for patients.

Although a card in California is optional, they have locations similar to third party DMV’s that will help you get licensed. This would be a great addition to Arizona to help get the patients going.

Attended The Green Relief Expo!!

Some of us went to Glendale for the first Medical Marijuana trade show in Arizona. Some great booths and a considerable amount of vendors have stepped up to the plate to help service this industry.

Some of the Doctors were charging $200 per recommendation which we think is outrageous. Spoke with one of the “physicians” and it turns out that they were a naturopath. With us using real MD’s and DO’s, we can help manage your medication program to make sure that relief is attained.

The Day Is Here!!

Today is the day you can apply with the state to become legal, get your recommendation from us and we will help!

Lowest Price Evaluations!!

In a compassionate effort to serve our patients, we feel that it is important to offer our medical marijuana recommendations (certifications) at the lowest possible price. If you have seen lower, let us know. We always want to be the lowest while providing the best possible service, so let us know what you have been quoted.

We should be able to beat or at the worst case match the rates that other doctors offices are charging.

Keep in mind that we have real board certified MD’s and DO’s that will provide this service.

Some Say This May Be For Recreation.

We have heard this and it’s possible.

There will be people that will lie to our doctors and say they are in chronic pain. There is no meter that can be attached to someone to determine how much pain they are in so our doctors must be informed verbally of your condition.

The three possibilities that exist are with chronic pain, Alzheimer’s Disease, and Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis also know as ALS or Lou Gehrigs Disease. These conditions cannot be diagnosed with certainty and we understand that people will fake sicknesses to get legal and use medical marijuana.

We hope that patients will tell the truth but we understand that patients will fake their illnesses. With the hundreds of thousands of addicts that are currently on deadly opiate pain pills such as Oxycontin, lying to doctors to get intoxicating medicine is nothing new to this country.

We recommend that you be honest with our physicians, stating how much pain you are in, how often you get this pain and that you feel that treatment is necessary. It’s also important to state what causes you the pain such as chronic migraines or any injuries you may have suffered in the past.
